My last night in Köln and Germany...

I am so sad. But glad to be going home soon too... Today we walked up the more than 500 steps to the top of the Dome. The one in Milar in neater in many ways, but this still met my criteria for non-boring excercise. The view was nice, but they had wire-meshed everything which made it much less nice than it could have been. It was also nausiatingly high, which was at least something. :-) Then we had to go back down... and make up for the excercise with pizza and chocolate. I don't think I have lost any weight, but at least I parobably haven't gained any either while here...

Oh, my cat is now at mom's house. They were going to keep him at the vet utnil I got back, too make sure he would not go down hill before I returned, but apaprently last night he decided that he didn't want to be in an IV anymore and took it out. So they decided to send him back to mom's. Hopefully he is ok - not sure if he is going to end up there for a while or what since he is horrible about letting me put medicine down him and doesn't let me give him fluids very well. I am just to easy to push around I guess. Anyway, it will have to be worked back out once I am back in the country.
