We were going to go rock climbing last night...

But silly us didn't realize that the circuit closes early on Saturdays. Grump. But we still had a good time. We went and hung out with Elizabeth where she is house sitting, played several rounds of a silly card game and ate Chinese food. Then we went down to Jacob and Katlin's house in Salem (the people we were going to go bouldering with) and watched the first six episodes of Zim again with them, since they had never seen it. That was fun, if a little weird since don't really know them that well. I think maybe playing a board game or something would be better if we are not going to be on neutral territory... Hank has serious house envy. They have a two story section where they could put up climbing holds if they were as insane as us. And nice tall ceiling generally which Hank really wants. I keep telling him we need to work on our house here and then try to find some house plans we like or higher an architect and see about building a house of my parent's other lot... Maybe it will eventually happen.

Oh,the is another new development. Hank wants a dog. Badly. I am not all over this idea, but it will depend on if he is still completely set on it after a few months or id the hankthusiasm runs out. The current list of breeds we might possibly consider includes: Tibetan Mastiff, Norwegin Buhund, Alaskan Malamute, Australian Kope, Belgian Sheepdog Groenendael, Chow chow, Flat Coated Retriever, Great Pyrenees, Kuvasz, Maremma Sheepdog, Siberian Husky. He keeps buying dog raising books. Be afraid... I told him that if he gets a dog I get another cat. A big one.
