Pre-registration is now available for the Kingdom Arts & Sciences Competition. You can find instructions on the event's website. More specifically the pre-registration form is here. There is an issue with the Shilo Inn SCA discount that is mentioned on the website. The discount exists but it is not in their computer system. The hotel sent me an email with a doc I was supposed to FAX to their corporate HQ but it got eaten by my spam filter! The doc is being faxed today so that issue should be resolved. If anyone has registered at the hotel but didn't get the discount call later this week to get the SCA rate ($69.00 a night). (note, this was actually done by me- Aelfgyfu, several days ago, so it should be in effect now! You should get the rate through either the hotel directly, or the national reservation line)
I have had a question if the site will allow overnight RVs, but I don't know the answer yet. I'll get it out as soon as I know. Meanwhile RV camping in Newberg can be done at Champoeg State Park Phone: (503) 678-1251. This is within a 10 minute drive from the site.
I would like to fill in a bit of the schedule. If anyone has anything that should be scheduled PLEASE let me know either via a comment here or a private email to elric@havene.org. Of course we are also looking for volunteers for Site Setup, Site Cleanup, Gate, Judging, etc. If you are interested in helping out please let me know.

Now more info from Aelfgifu: I am the official crash space coordinator, so will be sending out an email asking people who have crash space for the event to contact me. If you need crash space, send me an email (vandy@vandybennett.com) and I will try to hook you up. If you have special needs or alergies please let me know! Hot tubs don't count as special needs! ;-)
