Finally recovered

aelfgifuI am finally back up on my sleep after this weekend, and totally excited to get going on some new projects. You know it was a good comp when you want to start making thing immediately! Didn't win, but if I had I wouldn't have time to do/make anything for another year anyway, so just as well. For anyone who missed my stellar performance as the Magnificent Maurrice, I will be performing at Mountain Edge Defenders at 7pm. I was supposed to perform earlier, but my stupid boss has me working until 6om which is a pain in the but.
Side note, hanksan is serously thinking about putting in a bid for next years Kingdon A&S. As in, he has already found a possible co-autocrat (Tamar) and is meeting with her tonight, he has contacted Gordon and this years autocrat, and is looking for a site! Wow! If anyone has site suggestions, step forward please!
Yesturday I learned a new skill - marver casting. This involved me setting my kevlar gloves on fire while hauling around a huge ladel of glass to help Mathew (guy who does glass shop maitinence) cast the glass blowers equivalent of bronze baby booties. OMG. He so owes me a few free lessons.
