lol. Me too. It is the batch I was doing with "natural" fermentataion - ie whatever got into it when pressed, so it will be interesting to see what happens anyway. The annoying part is that if something did get into it when rat chewed off the airlock I won't be able to tell if it just started out bad or turned bad when she got into it. Messes up my experiment. :-P
