Twelfth Night Scavenger Hunt

Due to sparse attendance at the LJ party (not that I blame y'all from staying in your warm hotel) some of us made a late night excursion over to the main hotel on Saturday night, and I really felt like I was engaging is a weird sort of scavanger hunt. I started the event with two glass pumpkins and a lot of vegetarian pasties, which I managed to dissapear. I ended up with four bags of bulbs, one necklace, a sheaf of juggling documentation, one margarita, one sip of berinjeger, one lemon shot, and a cosmopolitain.

I think next year we need a scavanger hunt handout. Anyone who manages to fill in the blanks and comes back rather than passing out gets a prize. Here is an example list of items to collect (or consumed if applicable):

a serving of an sca drink with a silly name that tastes like some sort of weird cool-aid (fill in name on blank)
a lampworked bead that you didn't make yourself
A napkin with drawings on it
a body shot of some sort (belly shot, chest shot, etc...)
a feather
a kiss from someone wearing an animal pelt
a lemon shot
a lock of hair (other thn your own)
a sip/shot of irish cream liquour
a clove cigarette (you don't have to smke it if you are a non-smoker, a clove cigarette butt counts)
4 bottle caps
a jello shot
a backrub
1 cork
a fake tattoo (or real tattoo if you get really drunk - but it has to be new!)
sing one karioke song or a song at a bardic gathering if there is no karioke in the vacinity. Yes, you can start a bardic gathering or karioke party if needed
a serving of homebrew
a slice/serving of some sort of medieval pie or cookie
one decorated or colorful bandaid
a flaming dr. pepper
an autograph from a barbarian ________________
the autograph of a dirty pirate hooker _________________
the autograph of someone with a bad scottish accent _________________
the autograph of someone wearing blinky lights, glowing stuff, or some other form of strange illumination ____________
a royal autograph on some part of your anatomy (which part is up to your discretion)

bonus points: 4 cups of water

I am happy you luv z pumpkin. The research was VERY tasty! I am actually planning on trying to write a pre-circus juggling and related arts book - and finding all those pics for me was awesome! I love LJ - if you think about all the books we have each have that we can look through, and how little time it takes each of us the glace through them vs one of us going and trying to go through stacks of books at the library, or inter-library loaning various books that just might have stuff we can use, it is amaizing the combined research power we all have!

Too true

I am not sure if glass gifties will be done by then or not, I would really ove to be up and running with the glass shop by then... Butit depends on if the weather warms up enough for us to opur the other hanlf of our floor - the next step in finishing the shop! We want to get the floor poured and dried, then we can finish welding the glass furnace together and hopefully get it running pretty shortly thereafter! I bought a bunch of glass batch that was sitting under my parents tree this christman - it was fun having dad open the 75 lb box of glass. ;-)

You should figure out what kind of glass you want and send me pics.Or I can find pics if you have some ideas...

No worries!

I was just curious : )

Your work is WAY work waiting for.

I had nothing beyond something Norskey in mind honestly. The claw beakers are cool but look VERY hard to make. I am all felxible on this. Colours wise I like burgundy, green or yellow but am all felxible on this too cause the clear is VERRA pretty too!

err.. that should say
