I am making chicken puppets - how much odder could it get?

My living room floor currently contains (in addition to the usual rugs and usual furniture): 1 large black dog, 1 rola-bola in disarray, 1 rubber chicken, 1 plate, 1 large metal spoon, 1 large metal ladel, an extra board for the rola bola, three brass mugs, 1 beadle, 1 very large bobbin, 1 rock hammer, 1 dagger, 3 glass balls, 1 knife, 3 dube juggling knives, 1 dining room chair, 1 juggling club, many diabolos, many juggling balls, 3 fabric covered japanese parisols, 2 papaer lanters, 3 fabric lanterns, black tabi, wooden clog thigies, a metal spatula, a bunch of d&d books. And then there is the stuff on the couch... The great fun will be taking much of this with me to bardic! (not the D&D books)Here sherpa sherpa sherpa, here sherpa sherpa...

OK, gotta ask--what are rola bolas and diabolos? And let me know how the sherpa calling exercise goes, I could use a few myself.

A rola-bola is a board balanced on top of a tube. You stand on the board and balance it while rolling it on the tube. Google image has lotsa pics...

A diabolo is a Chinese yoyo - Basially like a big yoyo that is manipulated on a string suspended between two sticks.

If you really want to know you should come to bardic. ;-)
