I have another varient on the oatmeal plan. I needed to eat after the workout on the way between Gym and work. I found out that if I put 1/2 cup of long cooking oats (the 8 minute kind)in a kids lucnchboxsize thermus, and covered it with boiling water to the fill line, stirred and sealed it, I have yummy oatmeal perfectly cooked and just cool enough to eat. Between the drive, the workout and the showering and dressing, it was probably about 2 hours in there.
